The JetBrains Tech Insights Lab is a research panel designed to collect feedback, ideas, and insights directly from the community. By joining our panel, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the development of our products and help us make them better, faster, and more efficient.

Once you complete the survey, you will be added to our panel database. If your profile matches our research criteria, we will invite you to participate in a study. After the study ends, you will get a guaranteed prize. Please note that for participating in a survey, we don’t typically offer a gift but rather raffle off prizes.

As a JetBrains Tech Insights Lab member, you can expect to participate in surveys, remote interviews, usability tests, and Beta testing of new products and features.

You can opt out from receiving informative messages and invitations to participate in Strategic Research and Market Intelligence studies by sending a request to privacy@jetbrains.com. You can also unsubscribe from the JetBrains Tech Insights Lab communications through the JetBrains Communication Center, where you will find the option to ‘Unsubscribe from all JetBrains communications’. In addition, an unsubscribe link is included in each email.

We welcome professionals and enthusiasts of all levels and IT backgrounds to join our panel and share insights with us. Anyone can sign up, and once we find a study you can help with, we’ll reach out.

Your personal data is collected by JetBrains s.r.o., which coordinates many Strategic Research and Market Intelligence activities within the JetBrains group. For this purpose, we use Alchemer, a secure and trusted survey system. Your data is transferred to our internal secured database, accessed only by our Strategic Research and Market Intelligence team. No other communications will be sent to your email (unless you agree to receive them in other forms provided by JetBrains). See our Privacy Policy and Research Terms for more details. The extent of the data we collect from you varies from one study to the next. We will describe in the research description what information we may reasonably expect from you. If you would prefer not to disclose information that we have identified as mandatory, you can always choose not to participate or you can withdraw from the research. When you are asked to provide optional information, you are free to disclose only what you are comfortable with.
