Analysis of Organizational Structure

Collaboration tools hold a lot of data about teams, projects, employees, and social interactions between them, such as information about meetings or code review. The available data can provide a deep understanding of the interaction model at the company or team level in the form of a social graph.

This project aims to build a graph of collaborative work within an organization and use it to help people make sense of the real structure of the organization through rich visualizations and to extract complex insights using network analysis methods.
