What is Kotlin?
Kotlin is a modern programming language that helps developers make fewer errors in their code and be more productive. You can use Kotlin to develop Android and iOS apps, frontend and backend web projects, data science scripts, and executable files for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

You can rewrite the user's code, propose a workaround, or just talk directly to the user and get feedback right away! Awesome!
Manage a public issue tracker
You'll be responsible for a substantial public issue tracker. We are open to new ideas and strive to improve every day!

Sometimes we work as QA engineers, sometimes as Product Managers, and even as developers! If you can fix a minor bug – just do it!
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a support engineer who will:
- Respond to user requests, identify issues, and provide users with all the necessary information to help resolve their issues.
- Inform developers about reproducible bugs and issues that need to be addressed.
Basic qualifications:
- Ability to process a large number of requests, willingness to listen to users and understand the essence of their demands and difficulties.
- Good command of written technical English.
- Skills in reproducing bugs and the ability to shorten their descriptions.
- Familiarity with any JVM programming language: Kotlin, Java, Scala, Groovy, etc.
