1. My participation in the Air Research Review Program is conditional upon my acceptance of the JetBrains Air EAP Terms of Service, General Research Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct. JetBrains will process any personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the JetBrains Privacy Policy. By signing up for the Air Research Preview Program I confirm I accept these terms.
2. My name, email address, and Discord username (if provided) may be used by JetBrains for the purpose of direct communication about Air Research Preview Program activities via email or Discord (if I join).
3. The reward for completing surveys or feedback forms will be delivered via the contact email I provide, but only after a review of my submitted survey or feedback form responses. JetBrains reserves the right to decline the reward if the responses provided are incomplete or insufficiently meaningful.
4. JetBrains may terminate my membership in the Air Research Preview Program at any time if I violate the JetBrains Air EAP Terms of Service, General Research Terms and Conditions, or Code of Conduct. In the event of termination, no further rewards will be provided.
5. JetBrains may invite me to a moderated interview or usability study session conducted via Google Meet or Zoom, which may be recorded and processed in accordance with the General Research Terms and Conditions.
6. JetBrains may process data collected through feedback forms, moderated interviews, or usability studies using third-party services for the purpose of user research, in accordance with the JetBrains Privacy Policy.

During the Air Research Preview Program, JetBrains will not collect any information about my projects, code, or any other personal data unless I explicitly and willingly share such information. Any information used in AI features will not be used to train AI models, either by JetBrains or third-party AI providers. This information will be handled in accordance with the JetBrains Air EAP Terms of Service.
